To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached. Any items that appear worn, altered, or without their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
Once we have received and processed your return, your refund will be initiated, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@kobbee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, including the return shipping cost, as quickly as possible.
